This is my first blog with a specific focus on my faith in Jesus and my walk with God. I envision several aspects to this arena that will provide insight on my daily walk, the journey that led me to Christ, the tools that God has used to refine me and the work He continues to do in me. Along the way, I will insert significant portions of my journal from the last twenty plus years. There are some aspects of my faith experience that are still coming into focus for me from years ago and as God gives me perspective, I will attempt to share it here. I have already learned that some of those lessons from years gone by are in fact directly attributed to my inability to listen to God’s leading while others have been a true pruining for the purpose of producing fruit that lasts.
Along the way, especially in my journey to find faith, I will incorporate many of the areas that I struggled with and the answers that God provided. This will largely include answers to questions that cause many people to stumble and reject God all together or who decide to put their faith in belief systems that are not of God. The wisdom of men can be one of the greatest stumbling blocks in the search for truth and I had some significant experience in wrestling with these issues that I will share. Overall, it is my hope and prayer that this will becomes a forum of inspiration for those who seek to love God with all of their heart, soul, mind and strength. I look forward to your comments and insight on these walls.
